These terms describe what you can expect from Babol AI and what we ask of you in return. Please read them before creating an account.

1. 1. Agreement to these termsThese Terms of Service govern your use of babol-app.com and the Babol AI companion chat service. By accessing either, you agree to be bound by them.
2. 2. The service in briefBabol AI provides text-based conversation with fictional companion characters. Access is available through a web browser without any installation.
3. 3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use Babol AI. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. 4. Account registrationYou are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
5. 5. Account securityNotify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your Babol AI account. We may suspend an account temporarily while a security concern is investigated.
6. 6. One account per personEach person may hold one Babol AI account. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass limits or suspensions is not permitted.
7. 7. Fictional nature of charactersEvery Babol AI companion is fictional. Names, biographies, photographs and personalities are created for the service and represent no real individual.
8. 8. Automated responsesMessages you receive are generated automatically. They may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for your situation.
9. 9. Not professional adviceNothing on Babol AI constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for matters of that kind.
10. 10. EmergenciesBabol AI is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is at risk, contact your local emergency number or an appropriate helpline immediately.
11. 11. Acceptable useYou agree not to use Babol AI for unlawful purposes, harassment of other users, distribution of malware, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the service.
12. 12. Prohibited contentYou may not submit content that is illegal, that depicts minors, that promotes violence, or that infringes the rights of others.
13. 13. No automated accessScraping, crawling, or using bots or scripts to access Babol AI without written permission is prohibited.
14. 14. Reverse engineeringYou may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or source code of Babol AI.
15. 15. Your contentYou retain ownership of the messages you write. You grant Babol AI a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the service for you.
16. 16. Our intellectual propertyThe Babol AI name, logo, character designs, written material, imagery, layout and code are owned by Babol AI and protected by applicable law.
17. 17. Limited licence to youWe grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Babol AI for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
18. 18. Free accessFree access to Babol AI may include daily limits on messages or features, and those limits may be adjusted as the service develops.
19. 19. Paid membershipsPaid plans unlock additional features as described on the pricing section. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes.
20. 20. Billing and renewalMemberships renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The renewal charge is taken using the payment method on file.
21. 21. CancellationYou may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
22. 22. RefundsExcept where local consumer law requires otherwise, payments for periods already started are non-refundable. Contact support if you believe an error was made.
23. 23. Price changesWe may change membership prices. Existing members will be notified in advance and any change applies only from the next renewal.
24. 24. Service availabilityWe aim to keep Babol AI available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or third-party failures may cause downtime.
25. 25. Changes to the serviceFeatures may be added, altered or withdrawn as Babol AI evolves. We will avoid removing anything central to the service without notice.
26. 26. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the safety of the service at risk.
27. 27. Termination by youYou may stop using Babol AI at any time and request deletion of your account through your settings or by contacting support.
28. 28. Disclaimer of warrantiesBabol AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
29. 29. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Babol AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill.
30. 30. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify Babol AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
31. 31. Third-party servicesPayment processing and certain infrastructure are supplied by third parties whose own terms apply to their part of the transaction.
32. 32. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of Babol AI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
33. 33. SeverabilityIf any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
34. 34. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Babol AI after an update means you accept the revised version.
